Experience and expertise
Geoffrey Wilson has had 28 years experience in the Australian and international securities industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Graduate Management Qualification.  He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Geoffrey Wilson has been Chairman of the Company since March 1999.

Experience and expertise
Matthew Kidman worked as a finance reporter for the Sydney Morning Herald between 1994 and 1998.  In 1997 he was appointed Investment Editor of that newspaper and was charged with the responsibility of company coverage for the newspaper.  He has degrees in Economics and Law and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.  He is a portfolio manager of Wilson Asset Management (International) Pty Ltd and has been instrumental in establishing the Company's valuation methodology of rating companies.

Matthew Kidman has been a Director of the Company since March 1999.

James M. Chirnside                      Non-Executive Director - Independent

Experience and expertise
James Chirnside has been exclusively focussed in emerging markets and absolute return investment strategies for seventeen years in Sydney, Hong Kong, and London. Mr Chirnside is a shareholder and Managing Director of Asia Pacific Asset Management, a specialist emerging market and alternative investment firm based in Sydney.  Mr Chirnside previously worked for Challenger Financial Services Group in Sydney.  Prior to this he managed emerging market hedge funds in Hong Kong for emerging markets specialist Charlemagne Capital.  Between 1988 and 1992 Mr Chirnside ran a proprietary trading book for County Natwest in London.

James Chirnside has been a Director of the Company since February 2003.

Paul D.K. Jensen                          Non-Executive Director - Independent

Experience and expertise
Paul Jensen has over 20 years of international experience in the funds management and institutional banking sectors.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in accounting and commercial law from Victoria University, Wellington, NZ and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Jensen has been a Director of the Company since June 2004.
