Share Buyback

ON MARKET SHARE BUY-BACK

On the 28 August 2009, the Board of Wilson Investment Fund Limited announced its intention to implement an on market share buy-back equivalent to 12,370,268 or approximately 10% of issued capital. The buy-back will be for a 12 month duration commencing 14 September 2009.

As at 13 July 2010 a total of 7,320,297 shares have been bought back for a total consideration of $5,687,894.
